Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty items), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you’re unsure about your specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
