Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping, typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, and Expedited Shipping, typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery destination, and selected shipping method. An estimated shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United States, and United Kingdom. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) at this time.

5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or national holidays.

7. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
